St. Bernard Parish Hospital Emergency Room

I don’t know what the name of this lady is she had blonde hair in her late 30’s maybe 40 was so rude in the middle of this epidemic the nurses aren’t even rude like she was. Told me I shouldn’t have even came to the hospital to check on my health because it’s worse to come to the hospital(maybe I’d catch it) because every hospital tested positive at least once ???? So that means I can’t come check with what’s wrong with me when people are dropping dead from this virus and there’s no symptoms sometimes?? All I’m saying is if you can’t work with patients kindly in times like these and under pressure maybe you should find another job !

Worst emergency room I've ever been to. Horrible experience. Take a few more minutes to drive to Tulane or Touro, it's worth it.nI had an extremely painful case of kidney stones and was dehydrated. My mouth was dry, but they left my fluid IV bag empty and didn't give me any water for an hour... it's crucial to stay hydrated to pass a kidney stone.nThen my vital signs monitor was going off almost the entire time because my heart rate was 43 and my blood pressure was 150/82... that's dangerously low and no one came to check and the machine kept going off until I got up and just left.nWhen I asked the nurse about alleviating my pain, she got an attitude and told me the doctor had many patients and I had to wait for him... ok, but she has an attitude and I'm the one with killer kidneys stones? Just rude and not very compassionate in a tough, painful time.nI didn't want to be rude, so I just waited for the staff but no one ever came. It was 2:30am, so it wasnt busy at all. After an hour I'd had enough and just left. I'm a mild person, but that was enough to push anyone over the edge.nUnless you like being ignored for long periods of time while you have excruciating pain, go somewhere else.
