Owner (Danny Renfroe) came to the house to do the estimate of the job. He was very professional and friendly to deal with and an approximate start time was established. On day of installation crew arrived about 6:30 am. They laid out tarps all around the house. The old shingles were removed in about 2 hrs. They left the existing roofing felt on the house. They began by applying a blue synthetic fabric over the entire house. Then they put the metal valleys in place. Architectural shingles (rustic black) were installed by several men at different locations at the same time. Some men were carrying shingles up the ladders. Some men were picking up shingles and other debris. Ridge vents were added to top off the roof. By 2:30 pm the roof was completed. They took a short lunch break, and thoroughly cleaned up around the house. All-in-all a very professional hard working crew. I highly recommend Danny Renfroe and his crew.
Replacing the roof went fine . But now it's been 5 years and my insurance company wanted me to provide them with an updated inspection not sure why. I have been calling Refroe for 2 months and they never answer or return calls, guess they went out of business. I had to pay another company for inspection even though my roof is under warranty by Renfroe. This is shady business and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Danny and his dad were very helpful and courteous in diagnosing , fixing and honoring our roof contract warrantee ! Danny was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and fix a couple of roof leaks we had !nI would strongly recommend their services !
Renfroe did a fine job for the quoted amount. My only regrets were that the sample we selected from was too small and we where ultimately disappointed in the color. The workers also broke an expensive birdbath and the never replaced it, though they promised they would.
