We bought our house after it was completely restored by Paul Davis Restoration. The previous owners had to have the restoration done and Paul Davis gave a 5 year warranty. We were told when we bought the house the warranty would transfer to us then later were told it wasn't supposed to. However, since we were told that it would transfer Paul Davis has honored that warranty. We have had a couple things that needed attention and Les Patch was right on it. He got good people here to fix the problems immediately. One in particular I will mention is my bathroom. My toilet leaked and ended up ruining my laminate flooring so he sent his contractor, Jorge, to repair my bathroom. Jorge redid pretty much my whole bathroom to include some things that really were not covered at no expense to me and the work is wonderful. Les with Paul Davis came out and he also communicated with me thru the whole process to insure I was happy. And I was very pleased!! Thank you Les and Paul Davis for standing behind your work. You have been great to work with and I trust you and your company to take care of us. Thank you!!
Unfortunately, we had a water loss. However, fortunately, our insurance company recommended Paul Davis Restoration of Lanier Isles to complete the water mitigation. They were prompt and professional throughout the entire process. They did such an excellent job with the water extraction and demolition, that I asked them to complete the reconstruction.nnPaul Davis of Lanier Isles subcontractors were excellent to work with and their work quality was very good. I would like to thank Trey Sullivan, Derek Hall, Blake, and the rest of the crew for all of there assistance.nnSteve Herron
I was amazed how fast Paul Davis Restoration Company came to my rescue!!! My insurance company, Allstate, recommended Paul Davis Restoration to me. They immediately came to my home, took photos, and found the cause of flooding. Very professional!!! Paul Davis has several specialized teams to handle your claim, but no worries because of the good communication they demonstrate among their employees!!! They are like a well-oiled machine!!! The move out was very good!!! Looking forward to seeing outcome of repairs and finished renovation...will keep you posted!! I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration!!!
If you ever are in need of a contractor and are consider using Paul Davis, make sure to video record everything in your home and take pictures of how you left everything before any of the work begins. This is the position they have put us in.... to have to proof that their workers did not cause the damage to the property while doing the work.nnIn turn, they have taken a defensive-accusatory poster taking no responsibility for the damages caused while completing the work in our home.nnI can go on and on about the mediocre craftsmanship of the work, but I'll leave it here for now. Rather than approaching us to figure out how to make things right, they post this morning (3/5/21) that the damage was not caused by their workers and to provide a video to prove otherwise.nnIn other words, we are fabricating a false claim so that we can scam the insurance company.... are you kidding me?nnIf you have to take these kinds of measure to engage a contractor to do your work, its probably not the right contractor!
You can deny the facts and not accept responsibility all you want, but we will continue until the outstanding issues are resolved satisfactorily. We did not make any false claims about the issues raised and you are asking us to prove our innocence. Just like the fact that you held our personal items hostage until you received the first payment. These practices are unprofessional and outside the normal practices of a well-intended contractor.nnThe issues will get resolved one way or the other. This public forum will continue to expose your lies until we do.
