I contracted with this company in 8/2019. Work was completed and two weeks later, I received a certified letter from Ultimate Roofing to with a lien on my property due to non payment from SimpliRoofing. One year later, this issue has still not been resolved and now I will have to pay the balance in order to clear the title to my home so I can sell it. This has been an awful experience with nothing but lies and minimal to no responses from Tom. Do not do business with this company!!!
They steal insurance money and don’t pay their employees with it, so where does it go? Probably to pay for Tom’s fancy house in Suwanee. Over a year ago my boyfriend worked for these con artists for months and received no compensation while his dad was undergoing cancer treatments. STAY FAR AWAY!

I would have given a zero if possible. They took my insurance January 4, 2019 and won’t return my phone calls. STAY AWAY From them, they are Thieves!!!
Scam ALERT!!!!!!!!!nBe careful with this company!!!!!nThey got tons of money for insurance, hired cheap labor to replace the roof after couple of months roof started leaking, they ignoring my calls and never responding
