We had a flood from our second floor laundry room that traveled to the first floor destroying the walls and ceiling. We found the leak on Monday, they came out same day, dried everything out and restored by Thursday. I was very impressed with the crews they sent to our home. We highly recommend R4 Restoration and will use them again if ever needed.

R4 took care of us when we had some roof damage due to hailstorm. We also had some interior repair needed due to water leak from the roof. They were fast, communicative, efficient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I trust them and it was a pleasure working with them and I'd highly recommend R4!

I called R4 when my washer started to flood and checked our crawlspace to make sure it hadn’t gotten through. It didn’t but thank goodness they checked because they noticed a leak from our master bathroom that we couldn’t see from in the house and it had created a bigger problem with mold in the crawlspace. They were great to get a crew there quickly to get it all removed and everything cleaned back up. Very professional and I would absolutely recommend!

We had a water loss in our condo. R4 professionally took ownership of my renovation and completed the work on budget and on time. They went above and beyond in ensuring I had the highest quality of workmanship and materials. highly recommend this company.

During a major commercial new build project on Laval road in Lawrenceville we had excessive moisture content in the concrete slabs on two 3600 plus sq. ft. buildings due to the abnormal rainy season in 2018. This could have prevented us from meeting the project timelines. R4 Restoration decided to make a charitable contribution of their equipment, manpower and professionalism to remove the moisture content in a timely manner. This was a major factor in the completion of the interior of the facilities!
