Ben did a great job working with the insurance company and installing a quality, new cedar shake roof. He is a pleasure to work with and always makes himself available if I have any questions. He went the extra mile helping us resolve a leak that occurred after we replaced a garden window and the window contractor could not figure out the source of the problem. I highly recommend Ben's work!

It is obvious that Ben believes in doing business the right way. He does right by his customers so that his business will grown and because it's the right thing to do. He communicated well and was on time. A+ He is the only roofer that we will ever use.

I noticed what happened to us was very closento the gentleman's low rated review below.nCranor Roofing was referred to us by our insurance agent. Just a little over 10 years later I called Ben Cranor, approx round 2018, as the people that clean our gutters brought down a few loose shingles they saw laying on our roof.nWe called, not upset in the least.nBen came out and said it was due to a loose ridge caps. He advised the repair would not be covered under our warranty. We paid him somewhere between 200 to 300.nHe also walked our roof and said he found no other issues.nThe next time we had the gutters cleaned they found more loose shingles.nI called Ben, was very nice to let him know more loose shingles were found.nHe said they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before he could come out.nI called Ben after a few weeks and he again said the same thing.nAdvised I was concerned about water leaks, but was never rude or upset.nCalled again, advised we had just spent close to $8,000 to have our home painted outside and inside.nI left several more messages and he neglected to answer any of my calls or call me back. I finally left a voice mail about how disappointed I was. He never returned any of my calls. He still has never called.nI finally had to pay another contractor to come behind Cranor Roofing to fix the same issues again.nThen later we had a leak that ruined our ceiling in one of our rooms. We called the second roofing company and they came out immediately and fixed.nAll in all we paid around $700.00 to get everything done.nThen we had to fix the water stains on our new paint job.nIt's not the cost of the repairs, it's the fact that Ben Craner let a prior customer down.nWe are very disappointed in the level of service from him.

Great attention to detail and he provided a solution that appears to have addressed a previous issue in part of our roof. The new roof looks great!

Would highly recommend, without hesitation. Ben was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. Quality craftsmanship. And timely completion!
