Great people, very nice and pleasant. They took care of my bike relatively fast. I was told my bike was totalled at a different shop, but Jeff proved otherwise. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased a Redline a while back and was having an issue with the Saddle. Jeff took the time to correct the problem on the SPOT.. I will purchase a new bike in a few weeks and wont dare go anywhere but here. I cant stress how helpful and nice Jeff was. Thx a million Jeff...

This place makes me feel calm. I still own and use everything I've ever bought here and they're my favorite things. The quality is better than anywhere else and while the price is somewhat higher than you'd probably want to pay for say a cheap piece of junk top from a lower priced chain, the lower priced piece of junk will have to be replaced multiple times during the single very long lifespan of anything I get from Suwanee. Just get it from Suwanee. It's better.

I came in with a rear wheel for help with a repair. Rather than trying to sell me tools or up-charge me, they helped me out immediately, gave me helpful advice, and sent my on my way. Great customer service from genuine people. I’ll be coming back for all of my bike needs.
