Great company that cares about doing quality work. Sometimes they get busy particularity during times of heavy weeks of rainfall but they have always communicated when to expect them. A+
Nick is thorough, responsible, respectful, caring, and extremely and impressively knowledgeable about the work he does. I am so thoroughly impressed with him. I have already recommended him highly to a neighbor of mine, and I am sure he will be able to do just a s fantastic a job for him as he did for me.He literally held my hand throughout the process including and especially communicating with the insurance company. I think Echols is very fortunate to have such an excellent and dedicated and efficient young employee. He stays on task! He is awesome! And I am not exaggerating.
With all due respect, please stop wasting people's time. I've been in customer service as well. If you're out of town on major projects, congratulations! Do NOT bother gathering excessive information on me when you know there is no intention to effectively follow up with the job other than to call me and tell me you can't take the job. That's wasting your time and mine. Surely there's a way to streamline your intake processing and figure out the timeline of when I need the work done, and if you know you'll be out of town for the future, communicate that. Clarifying expectations would be much appreciated!nnEDIT (based on response below): Hi Echols, no one is taking offense. It's inefficient to prolong the process of letting a customer know that you can't accept their job by gathering exhaustive information about them. I kept trying to interrupt the lady to ask, sorry, is all this necessary - but she persisted. I am really trying to help by detailing the frustrating part of your intake processing. But you're right, it's mostly for the best that we weren't able to do business together.
AC and his team did an amazing job replacing all of my windows and doors. It was a big job and his crews' workmanship was thorough and impeccable. When you are spending a lot of money on such an important home improvement, you want to feel comfort in who you are working with and their level of professionalism inside and outside of your home. I would recommend Echols to anyone!
Chad was great to work with. He was timely with his follow up and checked the progress on the roof. The work crew was great and cleaned up the areas around the house before they left. I would recommend Echols highly and will use them for future projects.
