Hurricane winds & rain brought quite a few surprises to our home. We had googled & communicated with a couple of other roofing companies which seemed keen eyed on the fact that we were covered by USAA more than anything... maybe we shouldn't have cared about how mechanical that all felt... it's just INSURANCE coverage! Then, a neighbor referred Gold Stars... (whatever) ...expecting more of the same, we were beyond pleasantly surprised with representatives Josh & Jordan who personally walked us through it all and broke down our home needs while pacing us through the options for resolve. That was something NEW!!!! Josh & Jordan offered the perfect resolution for our roofing needs without us feeling like a financial opportunity which left us excited about the process. ...So, GOLD STARS... you're on our CONTACT LIST for any other roofing needs in the future. I had some wind damage to my roof from Zeta. I had seen postings on Facebook about Gold Stars Roof and contacted them.nnThe inspection went well and Chancy Lambert explained the entire process to me. He came back out, met with the insurance adjuster, and got me approved. It was easy and painless. His crew came out within a week after approval and didnthe work. Chancy came by again to make sure I was happy and answer any of my questions.nnI absolutely love my new roof!! Thank you Chancy and Gold Stars Roof!!! I highly recommend them!!

I was looking for a company to replace my roof. After making an appointment with several companies, Gold Stars Roof was the first to come out. I was so impressed with them, I looked no further. They did an awesome job. They were prompt, professional, responsive, and Austin is the bomb! I definitely recommend Gold Stars to anyone looking for a quality company for a roof replacement.

I found this company through an ad on Facebook, sent a message and was immediately contacted. They sent someone out on a holiday, Memorial Day, to look at my roof. It took over a month to get my roof replaced only because of my insurance company being slow. Chancy took good care of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend using them again or to anyone I know who needs a roof.
