Awesome!!!! My team at ImproveIt of Atlanta was friendly, knowledgeable, and well versed. From the call from Sonja Smith to make my appointment, Stephon Cowser coming out checking the roof and explaining what he saw to me and my insurance company; then Patrice McKnight meeting the insurance claim professional at my home and then inspecting my interior and exterior herself, I can truly say I've never experienced so much attention and professionalism. Sonja Smith has been my leaning post, I have called her with all my questions and she assures me that they will handle everything from this point with my insurance company. Oh yes! I can not forget Israel and his crew. They got here at dawn and completed the job and thoroughly cleaned up. Thank you all!

I would like to thank ImproveIT! of Atlanta for the amazing job they did replacing my entire roof. Mr. Stephon Cowser was very helpful in explaining the process and answered all my questions. Any issues that arised after service was completed was taking care of immediately and with care. Because of the great service I received, I referred my mom to ImproveIT and she too was able to replace her entire roof in a timely fashion. I had a great experience working with this company and would definitely recommend to others.

Upon approval of the estimate, ImproveIT roofing took over the project and made this process seamless from the beginning to the end. I was extremely impressed when they showed up at 7 am with manpower and an amazing crew. The job was completed in one day!nnAs a military veteran, my standards are set high, and I expect excellence! I was fascinated with the overall roof replacement, customer service, timeliness, professionalism, and cost! I originally reached out to this company for storm damage and they were honest enough to tell me the roof was in decent shape besides the age of the roof, but after seeing the work on my neighbors roof I decided to foot the bill on my 17 year old roof and I’m glad I did. Andre was informative and eager to help with decisions on the roof purchase. He didn’t try to up sell me and listen to my concerns in what I wanted. My roof was completed in one day and the minor issues I had were addressed within the same week. This is a solid company that does good work and I wouldn’t classify them as storm chasers. If you want a new roof and a company to stand behind it I recommend Improve IT Atlanta!!!!
