I am giving this rating specifically for the Covid testing that Minute clinic heavily advertises as 3-4 day turnaround; I had my Covid test at this location almost 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my results or any assistance from Minute clinic to assist me with obtaining them- however I ‘ve confirmed they billed my insurance immediately; this is unacceptable!nAvoid CVS if you need results back quickly !nThis

Customer service with pharmacy was horrible.

On the evening of 3/31/20, I was waiting in line at the pharmacy with someone that needed antibiotics and a tetanus vaccine. The lady that was attending the pharmacy drop off desk, Melissa, I believe, was standing across a counter that is maybe 24 inches wide addressing the customers, neither she nor previous customers were wearing masks. I realize what everyone is dealing with, I’m a healthcare worker as well. When it came the customer's turn that I was with, she stated that she wasn’t going to administer the vaccine because she was out of masks, but she was willing to stand there within 2 feet of us without a mask and fill the prescription. And by the way, the other person working did have a mask on, NOT an N95. After I asked politely if she was willing to administer the vaccine if I went to my office and got surgical masks for her, she very rudely and begrudgingly replied, “I’m not sure I even have it”. When she found it, she stated that yes would do it if I went and got the surgical mask. After I walked away, she yelled that it had to be a N95 mask. There is no sense in this, it was very clear that she did not want to administer the vaccination. Never mind, that the customer had just had stitches after slamming is finger in a metal device and tearing off his finger nail. THERE IS NO REASON TO WEAR AN N95 MASK TO ADMINISTER AN INJECTION. ESPECIALLY, IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO WEAR ONE WITH EVERYONE THAT YOU ARE STANDING WITHIN 2 FEET OF AND HANDLING THE PAPER THAT THEY AND THE OFFICE JUST HANDLED, WITHOUT GLOVES. THE SURGICAL MASK WAS MORE THAN APPROPRIATE. If I never have to use this CVS again, it will be fine with me. I will also never refer another patient there to get a prescription filled. I will be more than happy to send them to the Walgreens that’s just 8 minutes away.

I dropped my prescription at 3pm promised at 7pm. Came back the next day to pick it up and the prescription wasn't ready. Told to wait for 15 minutes. Came back one hour later and they give me 3 of my four prescriptions. I was still missing one. I asked them where the last one was and they behaved like I didn't know what I was talking about. After a back an fourth the finally realized I was right. Then now they tell me that I have to wait for another 15 minutes for it to be filled. It took thr 24 hours to complete my prescription fill. Stay away from this family. If the medicine was to save your life, then you would be dead.
