Awesome service with Amplify Roofing. I had water leaking onto the ceiling hallway and one bedroom and I called John to inspect. I am glad I did! John performed an excellent inspection and provided plenty of pictures to show me what was what. I had a couple of other folks get on the roof and they might have spent 10 minutes up there. John is very thorough and detailed from the inspection to the report. His ability to communicate clearly all of the aspects of the roofing world helped tremendously. His experiences and third party stories helped in so many ways with the insurance side of the job.nThe team at Amplify provided amazing work and did an excellent job with the roof install and gutter replacement as well as downspouts and the gutter covers.nJennifer and Kellyanne are great assets to the Amplify team and provide excellent customer service throughout the whole process. We had our roof replaced by Amplify after hail damage From recent storms. John and his team made the entire process extremely seamless. They had quality checks at every step and made sure to stop and educate me on what the process was and what to expect. I am a project manager for a living and have an eye for detail; they went above and beyond at every step.nnThey gave advice on things I would have never considered to make sure our home was protected (including reminding us to take pictures off the wall in case they are knocked off by hammering). They put my mind at ease about the weather by constantly monitoring multiple weather sources to make sure to protect our home.nnJohn and his team show their years of experience by anticipating what the insurance and mortgage company needed. They knew that we have a kid and pets, so they were careful to clean up the yard (even after using tarps to protect all our plants).nnIf you are looking for honest advice from a quality company, I would recommend Amplify roofing!

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail and wind damage. Without a doubt, if not for Amplify Roofing, my insurance would not have paid. Amplify throughly inspected my roof and was more than willing to speak with my adjuster and my adjuster eventually agree with the expertise of Amplify Roofing. Immediately after my insurance agreed to pay, Amplify set an appointment for the same week. They arrived on time and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Amplify Roofing. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
We had a roof leak which turned out to be wind and hail damage as well. Amplify was able to locate the leak which stopped further damage to windows. The team did damage a Japanese maple tree but they stood up for the damage and offered to replace it.Accidents do happen and it was nice to know they acknowledged it Quality communication and explained the process very well.Very happy with my roof and service.
