HIGHLY recommend Weather Tight Roofing - Tony Bailey was amazing! Incredibly professional, patient (it took a while for us to decide on which shingles to choose, HA!) and kind - he even took time to talk to our kiddos. He took his time explaining the process and helped us file with insurance. He was diligent in making sure we knew exactly what the process was for payment and coverage. And the gentlemen on his crew were top notch! They did a fantastic job - the roof looks amazing and they did a beautiful job cleaning up! They did such a great job, our family member decided to go with Tony as well!! Thank you so much for making what could have been a painful process entirely seamless and even enjoyable! Tony Bailey and Weather Tight Roofing Solutions did a great job replacing our roof. I initially called for a repair of a leak on my roof. While repairing it Tony noticed quite a bit of damage to my roof caused by wind and hail. Tony assisted in communicating with our insurance company and helped make the process smooth and easy. His crew came as scheduled, completed the job in one day and cleaned up. Tony was back a couple of days later to check that all the work was done correctly and everything was cleaned up properly. I recommend Tony Bailey and Weather Tight Roofing Solutions 100%.
I have never gone through the process of replacing a roof on a house and Tony walked us through the process step by step. It's very obvious that he cares about the quality of the work and the experience he provides for his customers. All said and done, it took 10 days to get the insurance approvals, checks and a new roof installed! My house looks great and I got to support a hard-working, customer-focused company with an office in my neighborhood. I sent him to my neighbor, who also got their roof done with him, and my parent's house to give them an inspection. Loved working with them!
We had Tony and his team come replace our roof in June 2020 - would 100% recommend. We had multiple inspections, and Tony was the ONLY ethical, non pushy, and respectful one. He also was the only one willing to sit with me to call our insurance company, the rest just told us to file our own claim. I definitely needed the extra help considering this is the first time I’ve had to replace a roof. (And I’d think that’s the case for most people too...)nnDay of installation went smoothly and we were so impressed with his crew. The roof looks awesome and the cleanup was great, didn’t find any nails left behind. Tony even came a day after to do another sweep and check the roof himself.nnWe were super happy with the entire process and would recommend Weather Tight Roofing Solutions to everyone we know!
