Owner Joan is super rude. Worst Customer service ever!!! I called in to request an estimates, she was very short with her answers and when i pressed for more details, she sounded super frustrated with my questions and tried to rush me off the phone when i didnt , she hangup on me!!!nnIf this is any reflection of their actual service. Then good luck for those of you who will be using them. I will make sure if anyone recommend them on facebook, I will share my experience with Joan.
We are getting Solar Panels so putting on a new roof first is doing it the right way. NBRG coordinated with the solar company from start to finish. NBRG installed the solar foundations so our lifetime roof warranty would not be void. The entire job was completed in 3 days and looks amazing. We wouldn't use anyone else! They are fast and efficient, clean and very professional.ud83dudc9a
