I reached out to Fred because we were purchasing a home that needed a new roof. He was very responsive and even came out to walk the roof in the rain to give us a quote. We received the quote back that same afternoon! He sent pictures of different color shingles and even pictures of houses he had done with the shingle colors to give you a better idea! We told Fred what day we were closing on the house and he immediately put us on his schedule to start on the roof the day after closing. The weather was terrible the week we closed on the house so that delayed Fred being able to start but he still made sure to keep us in the loop and let us know that he was keeping an eye on when the rain would stop so he could get started! They knocked the roof out on our house and detached garage in two days! We are extremely happy with how it turned out!
The company came promptly to assess the work - holes in the roof due to animal invasion, I was PROMISED an estimate later that day and did not receive it. I contacted the business the next day and said I was ready to get started as soon as I heard from them. Still no response, so I went with Mike Kenny, who were prompt and courteous.
