Love it great prices on roofs and repairs
Great company
Terrible Customer ServicenThis company was recommended to me so I gave them a call. I spoke with a gentleman named Jude Conner and told him my issue. He told me they were busy but assured me he would get back with me as to when he could come out and access my situation. Several weeks went by and I called again and spoke with Jude and he apologized but said he would call me with a time he could come out to take a look at the roof. Several more days went by and again no call. This happen four different times and finally I called and spoke with a woman and she informed me that Jude had several people standing in front of him and that he would call me back. I told her that if they didn't want the job I understood but please just let me know and I would not bother them again but to tell me so I could move forward with someone else. Well I waited another day and a half and I am now moving forward with another company and will not bother them again and I suggest you think twice before calling.
