We just had a new roof put on our 100yr old home....5 layers plus new decking, by Bland! Fantastic job done in a timely fashion. The crew were hard workers and cleaned up so well. Would highly recommend them. Marilee and Mickey Rivers.
Fast but unfinished, cut way too many corners, then offers minimal refunds....call the pigs, maybe, nah. Not even up to code. Problems ever since.
This is by far the worst roofing company I have ever encountered in my entire life. I called them out 3 times to fix leaks that occurred shortly after they replaced my entire roof. To this day, and it has been 4 years now, I have had to tear out nearly half of the new roof they installed and replace it AGAIN, repair 7 huge spots in my ceilings and major structural damage because they didn't use flashing around the chimneys or in any of the valleys. They didn't replace noticeably rotted sections of wood and just roofed over it, causing sagging and more leaks. The owner came out twice after I called them many times about the leaks and told me to just sue his company and not call him about it again. For the sake of your finances and sanity, hire anyone else. You will just have to replace your roof twice.

Roof was damaged after hurricane Michael. Bland dealt with my insurance company directly which made the process so much easier for me. It only took one day to replace the roof and they did a fantastic job. They also did and awesome job at replacing my gutters. They are very friendly, trustworthy, and will explain the whole process from start to finish before any paperwork is signed.
