The lady at the front counter in the photo lab was friendly, she welcomed everyone upon entry. Items stock accuracy was correct according to app, had what we needed for today. Pretty organized and clean store. No dealings with pharmacy.
I called this location looking for a simple wound care supply. I spoke to the pharmacy, then the front of the store, then back to the pharmacy, and no one would help me. Then they actually hung up on me. They simply did not want to look down the isle. That's horrible customer service!
I Love this store!! They’re always friendly and courteous. The customer service is always on point when I go there!!!
