Apalachee Cycle Inc

I never got any service done on my bike at Apalachee, but I just want to write up a review and say just how nice, knowledgeable and helpful everyone was here! I had to park a little bit down the road because I couldn't park close, and Andre walked all the way down to my truck with me to take a look at my old bike, and tell me what I needed! After, Andre looked around the shop for the parts that I required, and was so caring, and helpful throughout the whole process! A super big plus is that they even have an adorable shop kitty that is so, so friendly, and playful (yes, I played with it and pet it)! Overall, these folks over at Apalachee are super caring, and I enjoyed my experience thoroughly! I recommend them 100%! (:

This place is my new definition of 'the perfect bike shop'. They had an adorable cat running around, fast and friendly service, and not too expensive parts! I will definitely come back for any bicycle problems I have.nnHowever, as stated, they have a cat. This might be a problem for people with cat allergies.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. If you are just getting into cycling or are a avid cyclist they can get you going.

Very nice people. Helped me with my son's bike twice, made me feel very welcome both times. Would definitely recommend.

I used to have nothing but good things to say about this place but it has steadily gotten worse each visit I showed a passion in mountain biking that was met with the coldest shoulder I’ve experienced and almost made me want to sell all my bikes and never get on one again but it’s ok I found somewhere else to go don’t worry
