Bought a new bike from Cranky's about a month ago and the service was great! Two people helped me in store, ensuring I understood the specs of the different bikes, and let me test ride several around the block, encouraging me to go again for comparison's sake. They didn't rush me or try to force me into any decisions I wasn't ready or didn't want to make. They listened to what I was looking for and provided several options that fit my requirements and budget. All around great experience! I would definitely buy from Cranky's again, if I had the choice to do it over!

Fantastic service by Clint during my recent bike purchase. He talked through all my options, providing lots of pros and cons - without trying to pushing me toward a specific option. In the end, I'm in love with the bike I ended up with and I'd definitely return for my future bike needs! Great selection too.

Great first experience at the shop. Came in with a rear derailleur and hanger that were both bent badly and the guys, and Clint specifically, were quick to take care of me. They were able to troubleshoot my specific problem despite exact replacement parts not being available (those parts weren’t available at a few other shops either, but at Cranky’s they actually offered a concrete solution) and got my ride rolling again just as good as it was before. Friendly crew, addressed exactly what I asked for, quick turnaround and all priced generously to accommodate a student budget - exactly what I was looking for.

Cranky's always comes in clutch. I had a loose cassette that I couldn't figure out how to fix, and decided to bring it in. They fixed it on the spot very quickly. I wasn't even expecting them to be open because today is a Utah holiday. I've been to Cranky's a few times now, and they never disappoint. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I also love their selection of bikes -- wide variety of brands and all different types. Would highly recommend you come here first for your cycling needs.

Honestly for me, a bike shop is almost 100% about the people who work there. Cranky's is awesome. None of the condescending bike attitude, and all of the knowledge and skill. Amazing mechanics and employees. Plus, they carry great gear and a nice range of bikes. Go there.
