My son's bike seat was loose because the seat post had worn out. Then it fell of his bike on the bike path while we were on vacation in Falmouth. I brought the bike post to Art. He took the time to find the right one - it was used (but in great shape), so it cost us half the normal price. Art threw in a hex key for free when I told him I wasn't sure if I had the right tool to attach the seat to it. Fast, knowledgeable, and helpful guy to have right on the bike path!
Rented a bike for the day and bought a helmet. Great place. Art is such a nice guy! Defintley recommend! Plus, there’s a bike path a couple streets down!
Not a very friendly place. Cant speak for the bike shop but the owner/ manager of the hardware does not even acknowledge customers, never mind wait on them. This attitude seems to trickle down so you get decent service from some employees and some what less from others.
Art was great. Rented bikes for the whole family for the day, and not only did the bikes work out perfectly, but Art gave us a map with personal highlights to see along the path. Highly recommend!
Found Art and staff friendly. Went into the shop to purchase a couple of air stem caps. Art wouldn't sell them. He gave them to me for free. Good local shop.
