Bike Zone was easy and efficient. They gave us advice on parking and the nearby bike trail. Unfortunately my son was terrified of being in the trailer and Bike zone ( nor the bike shop down the street) had the baby seat that attaches to the bike available. We couldn't use the equipment due to my son's fear and had to return everything within 15 minutes. Bike Zone volunteered to give me a refund, which was beyond kind. I appreciated their understanding and patience with my family.
Rented bikes for the day to use on the shining sea bike path, which is conveniently located right next to the trail parking lot and this rental store! Great service and good price for bike rental, bike lock and helmet. Would definitely come back.
We rented four bikes for $25 each on a Sunday. This place is open until 5pm, which is an hour longer than the other bike shop down the road (Art’s bike shop). The lady behind the counter, Kathy, was so amicable and pleasant. Will definitely be back!
We had an awesome service! Kathy was supper nice and told us about all the details of the bike path and made recommendations about where to eat and stop. Overall great service.
Just bought a new bike today. Alex and the rest of the Bike Zone family were very helpful and made me feel confident in my purchase. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
