Very nice bike shop and the guy who worked there helped us look at helmets.
Very friendly, friendliest bike shop in Orleans. One has to cross the street from the rail trail to get to it, but well worth it.
Great service and friendly people! The prices are fair and the service is excellent! I brought my bike in for a long-overdue tune-up and it was ready ahead of schedule! It rides like a brand new bike!!
Loved your excellent service and store cleanliness! Your location was very convenient (right next to the beginning of the bike trail) and you had fast, new bikes for a good price. We went to your store three days in a row while on vacation and will definitely come back again!
Worst biking experience I’ve ever had. Was given a faulty bike with a pedal that broke off halfway through the bike ride about 7 miles from the shop, I was fortunate not to break a leg. When we got back to the shop the staff did not apologize or offer to receipt for the broken bike and told us that it wasn’t their fault and did not seem remotely concerned if anyone was hurt or not.nnWould not recommend this place at all if you want bikes that have been safety tested or a staff that holds their actions accountable. Will definitely be looking into the better business bureau to file a formal safety notice.
