Fernando’s Mexican Grill

Our family thoroughly enjoyed having dinner at Fernando’s! The food is great... (cheese dip is awesome!) we had five different entrees and all were excellent. The service is great... the remodel is beautiful! I live out of state and I was very happy to try this restaurant and will be back again! Good job Fernando!

Best lunch I've had in a long time. Food was great and so was the service. Price was good as well. Will probably be back next week.

First time visit this morning (sitting here now).nnFirst, the service was outstanding. I mentioned needing a dairy free meal and they exceeded my expectations making sure it was all correct.nnSecondly, the food is amazing (and fresh). I had the pancakes (they even made sure I knew there were eggs in them, which I was ok with), grits, scattered hashbrowns (no cheese or ham) and some toast. Atmosphere is fun, with the cooks singing in the back. LOVE IT!nnAs far as breakfast places go in El Dorado, this is one of only two places I can recommend in the area for a really great experience.nnI will be back for lunch and dinner in the future!!!

Let me start by saying that the service here is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and very attentive. One of the best services at any restaurant I've ever been to!nnUnfortunately, I found the food itself to be a bit subpar. And the prices are slightly higher than other great Mexican restaurants in the area. My quesadilla was a bit too greasy, a little overcooked, and underseasoned. Not horrible by any means, but the food definitely has room for improvement.nnThat said, if you really care about attentive and great customer service when you go into a restaurant, as long as the food is serviceable, this is the place for you!! Personally I prefer La Villa in El Dorado for the quality of the food, but to each his own!
