Blue Waters Resort on Bull Shoals Lake

Wonderful place. Everyone is really helpful. The houseboat is absolutely gorgeous and spacious with a grill, covered top deck bar and a cool slide off of the side. We also had a cabin which was air-conditioned! That's nice when it's in the 80's and 60+% humidity. Making a date to come back next spring to try more fishing spots.

My family and I spent the weekend at this resort for the first time and I honestly have to say it was the best experience! It's southern hospitality at it's best! The owner, Stephanie, is the kindest person and she was extremely helpful our entire stay. They made everything convenient for us. We rented kayaks for the day and she gave us a deal on them and even though they didn't have any boats for us to rent, she directed me to another marina up the road without hesitation. Our cabin was right across from the pool (which my girls LOVED) and we built bonfires every single night while watching the sun set and then star gazed. Stephanie and her husband are the new owners and they are slowly working on making changes to the property, but if you're looking to get away from the everyday world, this is the place!! It was so peaceful and it was just what my family needed. We will be back without a doubt!!! I think my only complaint would be the flies!! I know that is out of their control, but that would be my only negative.

Rented the houseboat June 29 - July 3 for a fabulous isolation vacation. Big beautiful boat to match the big beautiful lake! Nicely renovated houseboat has all the space you need to spread out and relax. Great topside deck with covered bar and a waterslide! Loved grilling steaks on the front deck portable grill. (Would have loved to grill fish but my fishermen came up empty.) Friendly and accommodating owners who know how to do hospitality. Our only regret was that our schedule didn't allow us to reserve through the July 4th weekend to enjoy the marina fireworks and the full moon! Would love to spend another vacation on the boat, with extended family post-pandemic!

Everyone and Everything was FANTASTIC!!! I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff and how often they would go the extra mile to insure my stay was the best. everything was neat and clean. prices are fantastic!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My family and I will be going back again for sure!
