Prescription placed on a Thursday, went Friday to pick it up and it was not ready. Was told it would be done in an hour. I said I would pick it up Monday as they are closed on the weekend. Went back Monday and the prescription still was not done. Told it would be ready in 45 minutes. At the time of writing this review I still do not have my prescription.nBeyond disappointed and upset as I need my prescription and am unable to get it.nnUpdate* I've received my prescription (took 4 business days to fill) and was not charged for the inconvenience.

Called to see if a prescription was ready 10 minutes to close, they stayed a few minutes late to make sure we were able to get it! Highly recommend

Wonderful People Going Above & Beyond. John, the pharmacist, rushed to compound a last minute Rx for my cat's anxiety before I had to head out of town unexpectedly. It's so nice to speak with people who really care and provide excellent service. I'll be using The Wellness Pharmacy in Winchester again.

The pharmacist was very polite and helpful. His staff fell short. I told the woman at the front desk that I had a prescription that I needed to be filled and that I had never been here before. She stared at me like I was an idiot and took a bite of her sandwich. She continued to stare at me for a very awkward amount of time, and then took my Rx paper and put it into the system. I politely asked her how long it could take. She shrugged her shoulders and took another bite of her sandwich.

They don’t accept any insurance at all, but will give you papers to fill out yourself to get your money back. The lady is incredibly rude and uncaring.
