Wonderful! Got my bike tuned up and it’s like riding a brand new bike, great service. And they are super friendly too.
Great bike rental, sales and service shop, right on the Cape Cod rail trail. Have been a loyal fan since I lived in Brewster 15 years ago. I try to be sure to visit every summer.nnGreat staff and customer service.nnBest rental fleet on the cape!
We have rented for years and was recently disappointed. We had to end our vacation a day early and returned the bikes on time a full day early. Was told it was “policy” for no refunds and referred to a small sign taped on the wall we didn’t see while renting. I feel like they stole $100 from me. Won’t return as there are plenty of bike places in the area. We love small local shops but not when we felt cheated.
Best bike shop on the Cape. The best customer service. Won't go anywhere else.
