I had a appointment for my COVID-19 vaccine on February 17th and I was one of the unlucky ones that didn’t get the vaccine because of the weather. I was called by someone at that branch and was told to come in on Friday the same time. But when I called back on Friday I was told that the vaccine was still not being delivered. I was told that once the branch received the vaccine I would receive a new time It is now over a week and no one has rescheduled me. It took along time to get the schedule and I feel that the High Street branch just kicked me off the list. No one should be treated like this.

Continuously fails to fill subscriptions correctly. Made an appt for the drive through and got there to find a hand written sign on the window saying drive through closed with a frowny face. Just go to the cvs in target at Chesapeake square. So much better.

Not even worth a star. Pharmacy needs to get their act together. Never answers the phone and never has the prescription ready. Never. After today...36 hours later once I get my prescription.. I'm happy to be taking my buisness elsewhere. This place needs new management.

Said ready in two hours??? Ibuprofen??? Tylenol and antibiotics??? What is wrong with this place!!! So disappointed and upset... my husband had a tooth pulled... not to mention it took 10 minutes to acknowledge my scripts in hand... went back in 2.5 hours and only got one prescription... shame on you!!! My husband is in pain and at risk for an infection... sadly my insurance has to deal with this company...

I've been on hold over 35 minutes trying to simply talk to someone in the pharmacy! What's going on here? Even another CVS didn't want to call this store. This place has gone to hell.
