Excellent customer service. Not just on one or two occasions, but on a regular basis. Last month, my mother came to visit and forgot her insulin. They literally did everything they could to help make sure my mother had her Rx within 12 hours of her landing. They called both pharmacy and her physician’s office in Vermont. My mother insisted on going into the store to personally thank them!! She was genuinely impressed and felt they went “above and beyond”!!! Lets just hope she remembers all of her meds on her next visit!!!! :)

Tried to find how to get a flu shot appt. but couldn’t find any access on line to get an appt. set up!

Do not use this pharmacy. The only good thing about this pharmacy is that it has a drive through. We switched only because our old pharmacy that we have used for over 10 years requires that you come in the store and with Covid we wanted a drive through option. I am homebound and would call to let them know what 3 medications I need and that my husband would be there in 15 minutes and they would tell me they are all ready but then only give my husband 2 of them when he got there. Repeated problems like this over and over again in 3 months. I'd talk to one person on the phone but my husband would get a different person when he got there and they don't communicate with each other at all. They should put notes in the system or something. Then, they had a medication out of stock and I told them I would get it from a mail order pharmacy as recommended by my insurance. The new pharmacy needed a new order so while I'm working with the new pharmacy and my doctor to get a new order, they get it back in stock two days later. They texted me that my prescription is ready. I called them to ask why they filled a prescription that I asked them to NOT fill and they knew I was getting from a mail order pharmacy and they knew filling it would mess up my mail order but they just said they were too busy to call me. This pharmacy is too busy to do their job.
