I cannot begin to say enough good things about this store. I have been having my prescriptions filled here for years. The prices are good. The pharmacist, Frank and his staff are genuinely caring, and friendly people. They treat you like family. Prescriptions are filled promptly and professionally.nThis store has lots to offer, and now, even free delivery on prescribed meds. I love you guys! Helen

The pharmacy is absolutely amazing. The one pharmacist’s name that stands out is Frank. He knows my family by name and even recognizes them when we are shopping in the store. I haven’t had a problem with any of the techs or the other pharmacist. They are all very sweet and have excellent customer service. I had to find another pharmacy after Bennett’s Creek closed. I tried Walgreens on Bridge Rd, Kroger on University, and am absolutely happy with Rite Aid. And no I am not an employee!

I came here to grab a few things for a trip I was going on the next morning. The cashier, Dorian, was very friendly. It was a little after 9:00 at night when I was leaving the store and Dorian walked out with me and saw that I got to my car safely.

The guys who work at this store give the best customer service locally. It seems to be the same two employees every time I go in and they are always extremely helpful and friendly, great with my 5 year old as well. They are the reason I shop here.

Kroger has better service and way cheaper on pharmacy, any 5 star reviews are probably employees
