I have lived in the area for two years now and I frequent this Walgreens all the time. I love the front staff, but the young ladies in the pharmacy are rude and unpleasant. They really need a course on customer service!!! I will be transferring ,my business elsewhere as far as the pharmacy goes.

I don't mind playing by the rules as long as I know what they are. I have been documenting what they say about when I can have prescriptions refilled. Depending on who you talk to it can be based on either the day you drop it off or the day you pick it up. There have been months I went without meds for a week because of their arbitrary decisions. But if 3 physical paper prescriptions are dropped off on the same day they should be available for refill and pick up the following month on the same date. I am angry and frustrated with their level of professionalism and quality of service. If you are new to the area as I was 5 years ago, choose another pharmacy. Even if it might be a bit out of your way. You will save yourself much from future frustration.nI consider my comment to be much more kind than I actually feel.

The pharmacist here (I wish I knew his name) went above and beyond to help find a solution for my son's very expensive prescriptions. He worked with the doctor's office for 2 days! I never even asked him or spoke to him about it prior. He took the initiative and truly provided amazing service. I am very thankful.
