This pharmacy has major issues. Very mismanaged. I dropped off a rx several days in advance came back to pick it up, the lines were long both inside and out. Waited 1/2 hr. They then told me Walgreens doesn’t have a contract with my insurance. It would have been nice to have gotten a courtesy call alerting me of this information. Or telling me when I dropped it off. If they are understaffed or overwhelmed fix it. People need their medicine. Very unprofessional. I’ll take my prescriptions elsewhere.

This particular pharmacy is A JOKE. How does ANYONE, no matter what area of customer service thinks it is acceptable to let someone SIT FOR OVER AN HOUR , after calling ahead to verify prescription status details and then to be told, oh yeah we don't have enough to fill your prescription today. Absolutely terrible third-world customer service at this place. Not even a sorry or any options were offered. Close this place down and put in A KIOSK. www.kiosk pharmacy. com

Very unprofessional from the Manager on down, lazy and incompetent workers stated my medicine was ready and had been processed through my insurance but when my husband got there it was the complete opposite. Now I just had my son that same day needing my medicine for pain because the hospital had just released me it was a Friday night and I couldn’t get in contact with my doctor to get him to send it to another pharmacy! ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2d Needless to say with tears of pain in my eyes I will never go into another Walgreens again!

Pharmacist was rude and talking in a very loud mean tone. Line was long , and moving very slow. She addressed the people before me to let them know when they were next but she didn’t even wanna address me when I was next in line and before I could even leave she called the next person up which was not safe social distancing .
