This CVS is Literally the worse CVS in the Chester Area.nThe customer service is barely a star worth service. Full employed pharmacy with one work register and apparently one working pharmacist, coworkers that hear that fellow coworker greet customers but allow another 5 minutes to travel by before they actually greet you. Next let’s get too the fact it took an additional 10 minutes to print a new “receipt”.nThis cvs needs and significant amount of upgrades before in can be considered functional.nI shouldn’t even be here but someone use the wrong pharmacy.nThis is the wrong pharmacy!

Very poor customer service in the drive through and from the reviews I can tell I’m not the only person that has experienced this. I didn’t get their names but the guy with blonde/yellow hair and the lady who I think may have been the pharmacist (she had a white coat on) were really rude.

This cvs drive through should be shut down...I have been in the line almost 30 mins, stuck cant back up cause ppl behind me while others are moving in the othe lane smh!

Rudest customer service I have ever received. Moved all my prescriptions 15 min up the rd. It's not worth it to go through the drive-thru at this CVS with rude employees. The ones nearby are much better!

Always have problems with this one!!!!! And have rude employees... I cant wait for our insurance to be accepted at rite aid or Walgreens .... Cant wait
