Waiting over 16 hrs for a prescription. They asked when I want it. I said that day, I am in severe pain. She said alright someone will contact you. That was around 3pm yesterday.... it is now 8:45am the NEXT DAY!!! No meds! No contact! You think she would tell me it was not possible when I said I needed it that day!!! I am in bad pain and didn’t sleep at all!!!! This is ridiculous! I could have took my prescriptions else where. She knew I was hurting! I go here ALL the time for my medicine needs! I am really contemplating spending anymore money here now, you should too! Shame on you Rite Aid!!!
Rite aid all in all is a great store but I ain't gonna promise that in all locations
