Baymont by Wyndham Prince George at Fort Lee

The room was nice enough, but the staff I saw in the hallways were incredibly rude. If you really enjoy smelling pot throughout your hotel and all around it while having people prop open the outside entrances for buyers to come and go and witnessing drug deals outside of your window, this is the place for you. It's basically across the street from Fr. Lee, so you also have a pre-dawn wake-up call with their bugles and then TAPS at night. No one seemed to care about the drugs other than intermittently spraying five cubic tons of air freshener in the hallway.

This hotel was amazing! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a warm welcome. The staff is so friendly, from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. The room was nice and clean, everything was well kept. Will definitely be back here!

Walk in to find the halls smell like weed (mentioned in multiple reviews) and music is thumping from our neighbors room. TV is broken, so they switch our room. Outside some guy is blaring profane music and singing along, emphasizing the choice words. Few people, including the staff are properly wearing masks. Realize that some issues stem from the clientele, but they should monitor the guests disruptive behavior and create a safe environment to sleep and rest, especially considering the price. Overall, this places needs some touch ups (it is spacious but quite rundown) and a security overhaul. Do yourself a favor and read the similarities of the reviews before booking!

COVID has been around long enough that the 'services' provided should have been updated on the web site by now.nSuite with sofa bed has been replaced with an extra refrigerator. Not sure why two people would need 2 refrigerators.nPrior guests food still in cupboards doesn't say 'extra cleaning'.

Ate at Jimmy's grill service took 30 minutes to get my sandwich from the time we walked in. The manager/ waitress apologized. Not sure if she was the manager but she was running around trying to do the work of three people and should probably be the manager. I think they were down by one or two employees and they are connected to Baymont by Wyndham. She may have had to deliver food to a resident in the motel. We tried it the food was fair but arrived late so not fast food.
