It was ok other than waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me

Want to thank the guys outside in garden area for helping to load the vehicle and getting me on my way. Also a thanks to the lumber dept. for board cutting.nnI frequently buy here. Not sure why more than one review isn't allowed after a time period passes.

I feel this place is one of the raciest places that I have visited in a long time

I've decide to shop here instead of Home Depot. Easy to find things and clean.

I have waited for over 15 minutes for service at the doors and window customer service area with no employee and no manager coming to assist me. I had one employee say she would call some and didn’t. I had another employee (Katherine) who thankfully called and called for assistance until an associate (George) finally came back to the area. No apologies for the wait just an “Y’all needed help?” This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
