Dealership was run very efficiently and safely. Although we were there for 5 hours and got a little impatient waiting to get all the paperwork done. Salesman, Chris I think, was very professional and answered all our questions. Left vehicle there to get detailed and painting and picked up the next morning.

Terrible experience from the time i called to setup an appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle. 1 - They couldn't give me ballpark time estimate in advance so i could arrange a ride to pickup vehicle. The older gentleman was rude. 2 - I dropped vehicle off the night before so they could begin immediately. Requested 3 items - door motor repair through warranty, oil change, and diagnose check engine light. At 4 PM I called to get an update on the vehicle and was on hold for 40 minutes. I was told Josh was working with another customer, hard to believe he couldn't take a quick phone call while I was on hold for 40 minutes. The other folks were unable to provide me any updates on my vehicle. I sent text message while on hold to see if I could get an update via text and received text that work was completed and waiting on paperwork. Still on hold they text me again while I'm on hold saying they actually didn't do the oil change or look at the check engine light. Appointment was setup 4 days in advance in preparation for long road trip next week. They were unable to accommodate the repairs in a timely fashion and told me I should take the vehicle somewhere else. They couldn't work around our families doctor appointments. This may be more of an issue of poor management or short staffing. Aside from the older gentleman who setup my appointment, the staff were generally pleasant to speak to. I paid full price for the 1 of 3 items they did complete.

Awesome place. Great customer service and great sales people. My old car broke down and no one else would take it. These guys not only traded it in, but also spent hours of their time working with me figuring out the best solution. I’ve been to plenty of dealerships in the past. And these guys definitely earned my business for life! If you need help with anything ask for Scott, he is truly the man.

Look man I'm on my 6th vehicle purchased here. Seriously, the sales team is amazing. Go see my dude Scott and he will literally bend over backwards to help you! Jeff and the rest of the guys there are great also.nnI'll continue to buy from these guys as long as Scott, Jeff and Tommy are there. For real.

They are getting a one simply because I called up there and asked about inspections the guy is like it’s first come first served which was fine I get there while trying to take care of my sick mom and this lady states now you need appointment very much not professional or how you do business. Now I brought this car from this location will be the last time I go here will go to another dodge dealership just terrible how you treat your customers. Have a great day
