I had to pick up my CPAP machine yesterday and the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Amanda was very nice and helpful with the paperwork. Holly made sure I was thoroughly informed and comfortable with everything I needed to do to use the machine at home, I was not rushed what so ever.

It has consistently been my experience to receive excellent service from Atlantic Medical, regardless of whether the contact occurred in your office or my home. Your personnel have always been professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Today's meeting with Chris Lilly was no different. He obviously knows his business and speaks with confidence. I contact your South Hill office every winter to make arrangements to take equipment with me to Myrtle Beach for several weeks. Always, repeat, always have received friendly and helpful attention from the moment I arrived. Good employees are hard to find. Please take care of them.

All the staff was friendly and caring and helpful. Explained everything well. Would recommend to others. I am disabled. They all offered to help me. During this pandemic I watched them follow all cleaning and productive precautions. Keep up the great customer service!!!!

Everyone was very polite and courtious and made me feel safe.when customers arrived they met them at the door and offered them a mask if they didt have one and let you know everything was sanitized that you came in contact with from pens to door to clip board.even in this crazy time they was still polite and professional with their work.
