Went into store and saw employee stocking an item. Decided to run a few more errands instead of waiting for them to finish so I wouldn’t get in their way/bother them, I called before coming back (20mins after I had left) and asked if they had finished stocking the item, lady on the phone seemed very irritable by my question and said “no, we don’t carry that item” in a very rude tone. Unsure why I was told they didn’t carry the item I literally saw them stocking it not even an hour prior and also have bought the product there before.nnI can understand if you’re having a bad day — but there is literally no need to take it out on customers and be rude over a simple question.

Rude staff! When I arrived for my COVID testing, they kept asking if I had an appointment several times even when I showed them my appointment time and date. Still haven’t gotten my results back. Unorganized! CVS is a lot better.

Love Walgreens, best staff, friendly, always help, the pharmacy, the staff and there friendly and very helpful. Love saving my points on Walgreens card, it really helps alot, the pharmacy staff goes above and beyond, calls my insurance and drs to get things explained so they then explain to me very well. So yes I give them a 5 star plus, thank you all

This Walgreens has the most patient and knowledgeable employees! The pharmacy is a WELL OILED MACHINE...and I love that they will also ring up my milk and bread as wellud83dude01Happy employees are the best in customer service !!!LOVE YOU GUYS!
