Extremely competent and caring people work at this Rite Aid. I always feel so comfortable when I go in there. They are so willing to help, and waiting time is almost non-existent. If there is a problem that I may not feel warrants a doctor's visit, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable in over the counter drugs that can be used until I feel that it is appropriate to see a doctor. One employee, Barbara, just retired from there and we had become friendly and she was always so nice to me and to my husband. As far as I can tell, the employees that are there now are just as nice. I find that I can save money using Rite Aid OTC drugs instead of brand names sometimes, and their prices are comparable with other stores or lower. Kudos to the employees at this Rite Aid!

Visited on 10/29/18. I was looking for medicine for my son. He needed to use the restroom, so i took him to the mens room and found it disgusting. He really needed to go so we went ahead and used it. Hand soap was mostly filled with water. Mirror was dirty. The trash was full. I'm not 100% sure, but pretty sure i saw toilet paper smeared with waste sitting on the very top. I've seen gas station restrooms in better condition. I meant to tell a manager before i left but as i mentioned, i was there for medicine for my kid and so my focus was mainly on him. First time using the mens room at this store so hopefully this isn't a regular occurrence. Just wanted to bring it to someone's attention.

Waited for 55 minutes to have a prescription filled. Only 1 person ahead of me who's been here for over an hr. Poor customer service. Will NEVER come back!!!! Had a basket full of items to purchase. They can keep it!!!!!!

Every employee is friendly, helpful, and very professional! I've never experienced a long wait at the pharmacy! Excellent job J. Clyde Rite-Aid!!
