The cashier was super nice but I needed a consult for the prescription, and she called the pharmacist 4 times. Neither her call nor me were acknowledged. It would have just taken “I’ll be with you shortly” to make you feel like they cared about you in the slightest bit.
I wish you could post zero stars. Worst customer service time and time again. Call to verify prescriptions are ready or better yet I am texted that they are ready and they never are ready upon arrival. I work in healthcare and customer service needs are paramount sadly not at this establishment.
Lines are always long wait.
They dont sound very professional.. Lady hung up on me when i wasnt even done speaking.. You can feel a smile normally & they definitely didnt have one.. Thumbs down!
