Count your pills! Especially if they are a Schedule II type drug. I was sure I was shorted on a previous prescription but I blew it off. However, this time I took the prescription home and counted them. I was short a number of pills. I went back and told them about my concern. Of course they blew me off. My concern was not about having the extra missing pills; I still had plenty in the bottle. My concern was that somewhere in their Chain of Custody, pills are coming up missing. I was told that in their Vault they had the correct amount of pills (meaning my pills were dispensed). I believe the pills were dispensed but never made it to the bottle or they were taken out of the bottle. Please have your pills counted in front of you and please comment if this has happened to you.

I was so pleased with Steven & Sherri at this location ! I had ordered a vinyl banner for my son’s high school graduation and they went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time ud83cudf93❤ufe0f Due to COVID-19 there were delays in shipping , they both checked and doubled checked daily ALWAYS on the look out for my son’s banner. It arrived the day before he walked ! That you for your kindness !!!

I had been waiting for over an hour for a prescription when the pharmacy tech called something over the intercom. About 15 minutes after he called someone asked my name and said my prescription was ready. They then tell me I can get in the ridiculously long line to wait for the script I've already been waiting for. Its usual to be waiting 45 minutes or more here but the audacity of telling me I have to wait in the line when I've already been waiting for over an hour just took the cake. I will be switching to a different pharmacy. Not that anyone at this location cares but maybe I can warn others to avoid this location.
