Yes I could give zero stars I most definitely would.nnNever in my 51 years of loving have I been treated so horribly. Ordered two pictures that were sent to the store there was a young lady ringing out to customers and a gentleman sitting on the stool right next to the photos. I proceeded to ask the gentleman if my pictures were ready he said I don’t know you’ll have to wait till the cashiers done. I proceeded to pay for my items mind you I get all my prescriptions filled here and have for over a year I spent a lot of money at the store. He was so rude I proceeded to call customer service he came back up as I was looking for my pictures and heard me on the phone with customer service and sad what is an attitude do you want me to talk to them. I said no I got it as I was going through the two photos I had printed. He then proceeded to tell me that I could leave his store I told him that I was checking to make sure my photos were correct as I had already paid for them. He told me no we screwed your photos up mind you he left the area and then came back and I had said nothing to him. Never in my life have I been so blatantly disrespected. Transferring my prescriptions, telling everyone I can about the rudeness and will never spend another dime at CVS. Waiting for the district manager to call me back not that it’s gonna do any good because this gentleman obviously knows nothing will be done to him.

Pharmacist Kamren - short black man- has extremely poor customer service. Refused to get our medication, gave an extremely long wait time, and said “he’s the pharmacist we’re not getting the medicine in a few minutes” and walked off. Note: we are black customers and this is how he treats his own.

The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. Plus the woman that answered the phone with the thick accent apparently did not know how to take down the information I tried to give her; The insurance information so they can get PAID! Therefore I was left on hold AGAIN! Good help is certainly hard to fine I see.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. They said they had no record of my prescription and walked away not willing to listen or help at all! Went to another CVS and they found the prescription and meds at the first place so I had to go back! Extremely rude people. Do not use this pharmacy! Other CVS pharmacies are much better.

Was told by Pharmacist that the reason for the $130+ increase on my medicine was due to it being a 90 day supply. Come to find out, the coupon wasn't applied to the prescription. All the pharmacist had to do was check the order on file but she instead failed to take the extra step and pulled an answer out of the air. No engagement, no care for the customer, and no follow-thru. And now I have been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to talk to a pharmacist. This CVS has fallen-off greatly.
