Covid shots were badly backed up and no organization for 25 people waiting for shots. This occurred March 22. Then a CVS worker named Donna checked lists..put people in lines according to appt time...spacing us all appropriately...Donna made a huge difference in attitudes of people waiting...Kudos to Donna!

Possibly the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The people act like they have better things to do, they allow people to wait in the drive thru line for a prescription fill when it is clearly stated not to, and they do not call or text when your prescription is ready. I have been a loyal customer to CVS for over 10 years now and I will be switching to the Walgreens that is closer to my home.

Pharmacy staff: poor customer service. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I am told that I’m in the wrong line. Im told by staff that there was a sign up front which I have take an picture which clearly doesn’t have any arrows to point which lane is which. Every time I come here something happens. Either meds are not ready, or I’m told it’s going to take 15 minutes and then an hour later still waiting.nnIf the pharmacy is so busy perhaps you need more staff. I will be changing pharmacy for sure.

I went to this pharmacy around ten am with a Optum Perks coupon which I had printed off their web site the night before. The tech who took my prescription with the coupon said she would see what she could do with the coupon when I asked if the business would honor it. I asked how long would it take to fill the prescription and if she would let me know if the price on the coupon could not be honored. She replied it would take about an hour and she would let me know if the price stated on the coupon could not be honored. I remained in the store shopping and after an hour picked up my prescription and was shocked to discover the price was significantly more than the stated price on the Optum Perks coupon. I was extremely disappointed and hope this will help others who rely upon coupons. I usually use Good RX but this business was more convenient and six dollars cheaper. I will not trust this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions due to this experience.

Furious! I called to make sure they had the second pneumonia shot. They said they did. I drove 15 miles to get there. They made me do paperwork. Thirty minutes later they said they did NOT have the shot. Wouldn't have it for five more days. A miserable waste of an hour and a half.
