WOW!!! I cannot adequately express my appreciation to WDC for their incredible service!! Their pharmacists and all of their staff members go over, above and beyond to provide personal care, which they did for my cat who needed a compounded medication unavailable at the veterinary clinic. Their personable attention and the efficient manner in which they ensured I received the initial prescription and refill, including the prompt delivery service, were exceptional. I’ve used Williamsburg drug for years and they have always been super nice and especially recently as I’ve changed medications and have been super helpful with any request/question I have.

Drove 20 miles there this morning to get some compression socks. My Dr.'s office had recommended. They advised me to go there and I would get great service. I was the only person in the store and the attendant stocking the shelves was very good and asked me what I was looking for. She advised me she would notify somebody and they would be right with me. She pointed to a seat to wait. 5 minutes later the attendant walked by me and told me this other person would be right with me. In the mean time several people walked in and I noticed they all received prompt attention, from the same attendant, and one other person. I waited another 5 minutes and then the attendant came up to me and told me this other person would be right with me. At this point I decided to leave. This is poor service and I will make sure my Dr.'s office quits promoting this store. If I could give the attendant stars I would give her 5 stars.n13March2020nReceived reply below.
