Love love love Kelly and Debi... Dad needed a shingles shot and they went out of their way to make that happen for him. He's 89 and a little unsteady on his feet....nSo caring... Thanks again!!!nKitty

The lead pharmacist by the name of burt is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever come across through this company. He has hung the phone up on me twice while cursing at me. I filed a complaint and his boss (the regional pharmacist) told me to just go to another rite aid. I have multiple sclerosis and he refuses to place my prescription and makes me drive fourty minutes to portsmouth.

Wonderful people in the pharmacy and at the front in this location. These folks are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone that wants to be treated like a person and not just $$'s

My perscriptions needed attention to detail, the directions were writting clearly on the instructions the Dr wrote out. Yet I kept getting the wrong pills. When I lost my job and consequently my inusurance Rite Aid was NOT cost friendly. I ended up going to CVS where the perscription was a fraction of what Rite Aid was going to charge me.nRite Aid $200 and CVS $30, huge difference.nThe male pharmisist is rude and disrespectful to me. There is only one lady there that is kind and the only reason this place received two stars from me.

It's the closest pharmacy to my home. For the most part (4 out of 5) times, I have had excellent service.
