Pharmacy is extremely busy but the pharmacist and staff always have time to be helpful. They will take the time to review your medications, check on better pricing, and patiently assist in any way they can. I have found that both the pharmacist and staff have been knowledgeable, patient, caring and professional.nnOne very important fact about CVS is that THEY DO NOT take Tricare.

worst pharmacy ever, poor customer service, never never will they answer the phone. If I had a choice and my insurance dd not require me to use them I definitely would go somewhere else.

This is the closest location to where I live and that’s the only positive. My last experience was I was told they were waiting for a pre-AUTH from my doctor and would call me when it’s ready. I call a week and half later and they said it was sent a week ago and they’ll start filling it now.nThis has happened a few times. They only do their job when prodded and made to.

This was the first and will be the last time I have a Rx filled here. I have to agree with the other reviews in that the Pharmacy does not answer the phone. I called twice and no answer. Third time, got a gentleman at the front counter. He stated that the store has had power surges.....so does that have to do with the Pharmacy answering the phone? Apparently the phones work, he answered. I can d my money elsewhere and have the Rx transferred to another Pharmacy with better customer service.
