Slowest pharmacy in the area. When I called to complain they just said come at a time when it’s not so busy. I go inside and have to wait 20 minutes sometimes just to get my medicine. Don’t bother going through the drive - thru. I never know if it’s the people working the pharmacy or people who want to ask a million questions about their prescriptions. If 1 car is in front of you then expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Then add normally 15 to 30 minutes for each car ahead of you. Now I have called to see if they have my husbands medicine or if the doctor didn’t call it in after surgery. As of this moment I have been waiting on them to answer for over 15 minutes. 1 or 2 of the pharmacy staff are friendly but the others you can tell how sad they are to be work there. Probably because of all the complaints. The store itself is very overpriced on OTC medicines and all other items.

Came for a COVID test for travel on a Saturday and was in the drive thru all of 15 minutes. Pharmacist at the window was extremely nice and thorough with instructions. The test took like 3 minutes. Will update with how long it takes to get results.nnUpdate: received my rapid test results 24hrs after taking it. Sadly it came back positive. No Hawaii for me.

Pulled in to do a COVID test. Had an appointment for 12:30 and at 1:15pm we finally received service. The man before us sat in the lane for 35 minutes. Why? Why could he not pull up? Our test took 2 minutes once we were finally at the window.nnAlso the speaker was bad and we couldn’t hear anything from the lady, who’s accent was hard to understand already. The time of this occurrence is 1/1/21 at 1:15pm.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru and I talked to the the pharmacist. I was just picking Up, no issues..nShe literally throw the medicine and my credit card in the bag and walked away..

Incompetent or indifferent staff hard to tell which. Pharmacist shrug off complaints like it's nothing. Clear most of the staff is there for a paycheck and have no interest in providing good healthcare. Would give zeros stars if I could.
