Rite Aid

My 89 year old dad needed a shingles shot. The pharmacist, Kelly and her teammate, Debi came to our aide. Dad is not able to walk to the back of the store and we didn't have a wheelchair at the time. Kelly brought a chair for him to the front of the store, interviewed him, skillfully administered his injection and we were out of there on a snap!!!!nBoth Kelly and Debi went out of their way to accommodate his needs....see you in mid JaniarynThanks again!nKitty

Best staff ever!! I will only use this rite aid for any prescription, nobody can beat the staff here! Same employees for many years, and they are all WONDERFUL ud83dude00 always HELPFUL, friendly and fast!!

This rite aid is small but usually has what I'm looking for.nI'm amazed that the only other person gives a 1* review because they were carded for cigarettes. I noticed the same change a little while ago and simply asked, they updated their policy to 100% identification. So what? Good for them for doing their job.nThe staff is friendly. The store is neat. The pharmacy staff are on the ball. No complaints here!

I cannot believe it....nI have been going to this Shop for years, and know the staff fairly well as I have been working in the same shopping center for years.nThis visit was for water and cigarettes, and for carded. Typically, this wouldn't be a problem simply due to the laws. But while in uniform and talking about my work day, the cashier out of nowhere asked if I was buying for underage people. I said excuse me, thinking maybe it was a joke I simply didn't understand. To my surprise, she repeated herself in a serious manner, in which I stated no, continued to pay, then left.nNot only is this disrespectful, but it is unprofessional. As a manager for a corporate company, I find this out of line. If one is suspecting underage distribution of tobacco, you have a choice decline the sale. If a situation is serious enough to confront a customer, one would assume you have probable cause. This is disappointing and to put in plain words offensive. I try my best to carry myself in a happy and professional manner, and respect the same in return from an employee of this establishment.nThe rest of the staff at this store is outstanding, friendly, professional, and most of all make me happy to shop there. The store is always clean when I visit, organized, and easy to shop. Just glad this wasn't my first experience with them, I would have cancelled my transaction and walked out without returning again.

I would give a negative star review if it was possible and 1 was only given as it is the lowest option. The store closes early and has no regard for customer needs. I went to get a prescription and was running close to close but the phone lines were still on and at 5 minutes before store close imagine my surprise the door is locked and pharmacist getting in car with her husband. She tried to make excuse saying her clock said 9 and I said that was wrong and the phone lines were still on and needed my script. She got in car and left. The other 2 staff members would not give me district managers number and said I had to call the manager tomorrow. Unacceptable. Also unacceptable to force customer to go without medicine when you choose to close early. Don't lie about time either as your store phones are off if closed and cwll phones have accurate time. Honestly makes me wonder if they close early daily as I know of no other store that can even have all registers counted, closing done, nightly task and even walk out at closing time let alone 5 minutes before. They must start closing more than hour early. Then tried to call corporate and it is just Rite Aid customer service number with no way to leave voicemail. So disappointed and wishing I had chosen a different pharmacy.
