Please avoid this pharmacy. I used to have not have any problems but about 2 years ago I started having issues with filling prescriptions at the pharmacy. The staff is rude and I am going elsewhere. My 7 years old has a medication that is refilled every month, its a daily medication. The moment we transferred to this pharmacy we have had nothing but problems refilling his medication. It takes over 2 weeks for the pharmacist to fill and get the prescription.

Had to visit the store four times to pickup a ear drops prescription. Everyone turned me back for a different incorrect reasons. Prescription fulfilled after 3 days. By the time i got the medicine my pain itself gone. Would not recommend this store.

I have been picking up my prescriptions from the CVS pharmacy (6637 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA) for a few years now. The conventional practice is my doctor, dentist, etc. sends the order and I pickup up the prescription, which often seems like a an easy exchange, but I recently went into the pharmacy because of a reaction to poison ivy and needed some medicine ASAP. When I went in I noticed how hard the pharmacy team was working (not to say that this is not the norm), but just to point out that the world is in unusual times (covid-19) and now more than every one can see the necessity and utility of pharmacies. Even though my doctor just sent the order, I tried my luck to see if I could get the medicine as soon as possible, and to my surprise the wait was not long (15 mins). During my wait I observed the staff attending to new customers, filling numerous orders, and providing flu shots simultaneously. Since the flu shots will be of the upmost importance this year I decided to get mine during the 15 minute wait, promptly collected my medicine, and I was out the door greeted by the staffs' friendly and helpful service. If you are looking for a professional high quality pharmacy the CVS (6637 Arlington Blvd) is one I would highly recommend.

I dont really write reviews about a CVS or Giant or anything like that but wow! Great customer service Nhan, thank you for everything. Give hin a raise! I'm not even playing, her went above and beyond.
